There is no refund for cancellations received less than five working days although you may receive a credit towards a future seminar. Please note that if you register and do not attend, you are still liable for full payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Modern Practice Solutions is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry. The formal continuing dental education programs of this program provider are accepted by the AGD for Fellowship, Mastership and membership maintenance credit. Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry or AGD endorsement. The current term of approval extends from November 1, 2009 to October 31, 2011.
