- Medical / Dental OSHA Manual: OSHA Compliance & Safety Management Manual. Includes Work Exposure Control Plan, Post Exposure Management Protocol, Hazard Communication Plan, Hazard Assessment and others.
- Customization of Medical /Dental OSHA Manual: Based on your Data Collection Sheet, we will customize the entire contents to be site-specific to your medical /dental office. We do the work so you don't have to!
- Safety Posters & Safety Labels (Radiation, Biohazard & Chemical Identification)
- Employee Medical Records: Based on the list of employees you provide, we will prepare the medical records for your staff.
- Re-Indexing of MSDS & Chemical Inventory: Based on your collection, we will re-index the MSDS, include a 3-ring binder with A- Z tabs, and create your Annual Chemical Inventory.
- Quality Control Manual: This system helps safety managers track critical tasks such as weekly biological spore testing, water monitoring and other duties. Certain sections cross-reference the From Policy to Practice book.
- Standard Operating Procedures for Infection Control: Includes copy of From Policy to Practice
- Facility Inspection: We conduct a "mock" inspection of the entire facility.
- Confidential Corrective Action Report: Based on the inspection, we issue a Corrective Action Report to the Practice Owner. This information is strictly confidential. Although OSHA offers free inspections, you would be required to make the necessary improvements within a certain time line or otherwise be subject to penalty.
