Olivia Wann, RDA, JD: Olivia Wann graduated from the Nashville School of Law with a Doctorate in Jurisprudence. She founded Modern Practice Solutions in the year 2000 and continues to consult with healthcare companies on compliance issues including seminars, in-house trainings and policy development.
Education & Background: Olivia spent her early years as a Dental Office Manager and later served as a Dental Software Support Technician. She attended Tennessee Technology Center in Paris, TN and maintains a current license as a Registered Dental Assistant. She participated in Georgia Tech's Course in Occupational Safety & Health Standards for General Industry and is authorized by the Department of Labor as an OSHA Outreach Trainer. Olivia graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Joseph's College of Maine with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Health Care Administration.
Olivia served as a course instructor for Cross Country Seminars and instructed over 250 lectures in 48 states. She authored several compliance manuals and has had numerous articles published in industry journals.
Olivia served on a committee with OSAP who was awarded a grant through NIOSH on the Blood borne Pathogens Standard's Exposure Control Plan.
Membership: Olivia is a member of Organization for Safety and Asepsis Procedures (OSAP), a Member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers, the American Health Lawyers Association and is an approved Provider through the Academy of General Dentists. Olivia is also an active member of the Stewart County Chamber of Commerce.
