With new clients, Olivia initiates the consulting service with a Practice Management Assessment which provides dentists and practice owners with a detailed overview of the dental practice based on a detailed analysis of management reports, on-site observation and team interviews. The written assessment outlines areas that can be improved to promote increased profitability and efficiency.
