This timely course will help explore the new requirements and provide an overview of previous requirements that may not have been fully implemented. This course is offered as a 2-hour program.

Synopsis: Human resource management is likely one of the most challenging aspects of running a practice. Simply providing a nice place to work is insufficient to comply with the rules and regulations in our complex work force. It is easy to get lost in a maze of statutes, recent court decisions, common-law doctrines and contract-established rules. The Department of Labor uses a variety of remedies to enforce compliance. Avoid paying back wages and costly penalties by staying up to date on the most common payroll issues of dental offices in Tennessee. This course is available as a 3 hour program.

Synopsis: This course is offered as a 2 - 3 hour or full day program. We combine OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogen Standard with infection control to assure timely message of safety for both workers and patients.
