"HIPAA:  What's New for 2010"

Learn how the HITECH Act significantly increased the penalties that may be imposed for violation the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).  The HITECH Act subjects covered entities and business associates to periodic audits.  Are you ready?  Penalties for noncompliance can range from $100 to $50,000 per day.
